Visit the Paris City Hall

The Paris City Hall (Hôtel de Ville) is the largest in Europe, and has been at the heart of political and social life in Paris since 1500. It was first built between 1523 and 1628, then destroyed by fire in May 1871 during the La Commune uprising, and then rebuilt again between 1874 and 1882.

This gorgeous building hides even more beautiful rooms that you can visit: the architecture of the Salle des fêtes and Salle des Prévôts will no longer hide any secrets for you after the guided tour that you can book!

It is a must-see if you are interested in the history of Paris, and the Paris metro will take you there in only 15 minutes from Hotel Aida Marais.
