Tori Amos live at the Grand Rex

Tori Amos
is an American singer, songwriter and pianist who started a successful career in the 1980’s.  Some of her most famous singles include “Crucify”, “Silent All These Years”,  “Caught a Lite Sneeze”, “Cornflake Girl”, “Spark”, “Professional Widow”, “1000 Oceans”, and “A Sorta Fairytale”. She will be releasing a new album called Unrepentant Geraldines, which she will present at a concert at the Grand Rex on May 17th 2014.

Unrepentant Geraldines follows Night of Hunters, released in 2011. Little is known about this new album, but it will probably contain some jewels like her previous compositions. According to press release, it is a “return to her core identity as a creator of contemporary songs of exquisite beauty” following a series of more classically-inspired and innovative musical projects of the last four years.  This new concert will be an excellent opportunity to discover Tori Amos’s new hits.

If you are in Paris in May and wish to attend this upcoming show, Hotel Aida Marais is located only 10 minutes away from the Grand Rex with the metro.
